  3. Hotel Charges (It's really hard to bypass the in-house AV company, because they have exclusive rights to power, rigging, and internet unless you have a clause in your contract for free power, rigging, and internet. Good luck.
    Involving them as little as possible is best for your bottom line. Any communication we have with them, you will be copied on.)

  4. Hotel Rigging (if needed) 

  5. Hotel Power, (6) 20 amp Edison outlets

  6. Hotel Internet connection for podium and/or AV table, if needed
